Role Description
This is an on-site Optometrist role with an independent practice offering four locations across the Columbus, OH area. The Optometrist will perform comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and treat visual conditions and diseases, prescribe and fit corrective lenses, and provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery.
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry degree
Licensure to practice optometry in the state of Ohio
Experience performing comprehensive eye examinations
Knowledge of visual conditions and diseases
Expertise in prescribing and fitting corrective lenses
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
