Position Overview
We are seeking Optometrists to join our growing team in the Greater Atlanta area. We are looking for providers who want to practice comprehensive optometry in a supportive, team-oriented environment and who are comfortable providing both routine and medical eye care. Both new graduates and experienced Optometrists are encouraged to apply.

Scope of Practice
Providers are expected to independently evaluate and manage a broad patient population. The scope of care includes:
Comprehensive routine eye examinations
Refractions and glasses prescriptions
Contact lens evaluations and follow-up care
Glaucoma evaluation and management
Dry eye evaluation and treatment
Foreign body evaluation and removal
Red eye and urgent eye care
Medical follow-up visits and co-management
Clinical Technology
Providers have access to state-of-the-art clinical and diagnostic equipment including:
Wide-field retinal imaging
OCT imaging
Visual field testing
Tonometry
Auto refractor and lensometry
Electronic medical records system
New Provider Support
We provide structured onboarding and clinical support for new providers, with a gradual ramp-up in patient volume to ensure comfort with our workflows, team, and clinical expectations before building toward full efficiency.
Professional Development
Providers are encouraged to participate in ongoing professional development including provider meetings, regional collaboration, and clinical education initiatives. As providers grow within the organization, we welcome greater involvement in clinical leadership and mentorship.
Candidate Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
Current Georgia optometry license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
New graduates and experienced ODs both welcome
